The Prints

What are the prints made from?

All artworks are printed on premium 210gsm fine art paper with a smooth matte finish, chosen to beautifully showcase tone, texture, and detail.

Do the prints have a border?

Each print includes a small white border (approximately 25–50mm depending on print size).

Are the prints signed?

Yes, hand signed on the bottom right corner.

What sizes are available?

The prints can come in size A4 (210x297mm), A3 (297x420mm), A2 (420x594mm), A1 (594x841mm), and A0 (841x1189mm).

Can I order a custom size?

Framing

Do the prints come framed?

Framing is available on request for selected artworks. Each piece can be professionally framed to complement the artwork and your space. If you would like framing options, sizing recommendations, or a custom quote, please get in touch.

How do I choose the right frame for my space?

Jessica offers a complimentary art styling service - she can visit your home in Auckland or create a digital mockup for anywhere else in NZ so you can get a feel for what frame might be right for your space. → Complimentary Art Styling.

Shipping

Do you ship within New Zealand?

Yes, we offer complimentary NZ shipping on all prints (limited time).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Unframed Prints:

Please allow 7-10 working days for printing, preparation, and dispatch from the date of order.

Framed Prints:

Please allow 15 working days for printing, preparation, framing, and dispatch from the date of order. Please note that shipping framed prints will incur additional costs.

If your order is time-sensitive, please get in touch before ordering so we can confirm delivery timeframes.

How will my print be packaged?

All unframed prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Union Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Please get in touch as soon as possible via the contact page and we'll do our best to help before the order is printed.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes - buy any 2 prints and save 10%, or buy 3 or more and save 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Art Styling Service

What is the complimentary art styling service?

Jessica offers a free, no-obligation service to help you choose the right print for your space. In Auckland she can visit your home in person; anywhere else in NZ she can create a digital mockup using a photo of your room. → Art Styling Service.
